Therapist

You will provide services for individuals and families. We work with multiple populations including foster care and adoption. We are a collaborative team who works to provide a positive, supportive, ethical, and fun work environment.
Responsibilities:

Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues

Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
-
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
-
Implement and review treatment plans
-
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and agencies
-
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
-
Familiarity with community mental health resources
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to build rapport with clients
-
Strong leadership qualities

Administrative Assistant
Additional responsibilities include assembling data, developing effective handling systems, and prioritizing requests and tasks. The administrative assistant also ensures the office runs smoothly by managing office organization, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the counseling team. This position requires someone who can multitask, who is organized and people friendly. This would be an afternoon position Monday through Thursday with possible Friday morning hours.
